What a Way to Close Out 2020-Late Recap

On December 8, 2020, I was selected as one of Connect CRE’s 2020 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. I am completely humbled that I was selected after a fellow colleague nominated me.

I also was nominated to become the Chairman of the Board of Quest Community Development Organization. It is an honor to serve this 20-year old organization that serves the Westside of Atlanta and beyond.

Despite the unprecedented events of 2020, this has been a year of learning, completion and overall peace. I greived the loss of friends and family and celebrated meeting my professional goals. I thank God for keeping me and my family. My son was blessed with a full tuition scholarship based on his academic and community service achievements. Proud mama!

I played more golf than I ever have, met new people, learned to ride a motorcycle, expanded into new territory professionally.

THAT’S ALL I GOT…READY FOR 2021 TO BE THE BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE…PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY. MONTH ONE WASN’T BAD AT ALL…

Assisted two BIPOC businesses with the expansion of their brands:

Glam-Aholic Lifestyle moved into a 7,800 sf industrial space in Oakland County, Michigan from their first 3,200 sf space in less than a year.

We also assisted Pretty Girls Get Waxed, with their expansion into the Atlanta, Georgia market by securing a 2,000 sf location in the Lindbergh-Buckhead location.

It is always a pleasure to help small business owners bring the visions to fruition. My clients inspire me to work harder and smarter.
