Woman on the Move…

Thank you to Atlanta Business Chronicle for publishing my submission on People on the Move. I try to to take advantage of every free opportunity to get my name, brand and company out there. I’ve had success with Help A Reporter Out (HARO).

Thanks to HARO, I’ve been featured in national blogs. Here are links to a few of my submissions. I contribute on a variety of real estate topics in order to establish myself as an expert in this field. Click the links below to read some of the features.

Homefinder.com, where I discussed why the school district should impact your home search.

AgentAce, in this article I discuss one of the 8 blunders to avoid that can kill a real estate deal.

Trulia, I provided insight on mistakes that first time homebuyers make.

Due to my love of sharing real estate information and more specifically my journey on social media, I was asked to be a guest on “On Point” with Ralph Godbee on 910 AM Super Station, the WORD Network, the largest African-American voice in Detroit’s metro area in December. It was an awesome experience once my jitters went away. Radio is FUN! I was able to give my opinion on the Detroit market, answer some caller questions and speak about my company. Nothing beats free advertisement to an audience of thousands. I’m very appreciative of Pastor Godbee and his team for affording me the opportunity.

In the past two months, I’ve been asked to collaborate with other real estate experts and discuss commercial real estate. I had to postpone due to other obligations. In the interim, I’ve been preparing my presentation and want to ensure that I present something of value beyond the norm. Lately, everyone is “speaking” or are “experts” and I don’t want to provide the same old information my audience has heard before. After much prayer and leading by the Holy Spirit, I have a fantastic topic that will appeal specifically to my clients, investors and small companies. I’m now working on putting the pieces together and I can’t wait to make the announcement!
